How to Measure Your Ring Size

1. Wrap a strip of paper snugly around your finger (firm but not tight).
2. Mark the point where the two ends meet.
3. Measure the distance between the marks using a ruler.
4. Compare the measurement with the size chart above.

How to Measure Your Wrist

Use a flexible ruler or measuring tape and wrap it comfortably around your wrist (without tightening).

Add 1–2 cm to allow for comfort and ease of movement.
