At LUNARA, our commitment to quality is unwavering—each piece is a work of art, crafted with exceptional care. To ensure your safety and in adherence to the highest hygiene standards, our jewelry is not eligible for exchange or return. The only exception to this policy applies in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.


Return Conditions in Case of a Manufacturing Defect


Reporting the Defect:

Please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of receiving your piece, providing clear photos that show the manufacturing defect.

Item Condition:

The piece must be in its original condition, unused, and returned in its original packaging with all accompanying accessories.

Item Inspection:

Once we receive the item, our specialists will carefully inspect it to confirm the presence of a manufacturing defect.

Refund Process:

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, a full refund—including shipping fees—will be issued to your account within 7–14 business days.

If the item is found to be free of defects after inspection, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.


What This Policy Does Not Cover?

Damage resulting from misuse or negligence.

Damage caused by failure to follow silver care instructions.

Change of mind regarding design, color, or size after purchase completion.
